Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the US is $3.99, and Priority shipping in the same territory is $8.99. Occasionally free shipping offers will be announced. We reserve the right to update our shipping policies or pause any free shipping promotion at any time. This policy applies to strings, pedals, and accessories. Items in your cart added from the Lifestyle category (e.g. t-shirts and hats) will include a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated during checkout using only UPS Worldwide Saver pricing, or DHL Express Worldwide in order to minimize the risk of a package getting lost during transit. We are not responsible for custom or import fees which will vary depending on the country of destination. We also recommend finding international courier services that may be available in your country to aid you in receiving packages safely and easily from the United States.
