First of all, that is not a question. But we get it. We love intentional growth. It allows us to place attention to meaningful details as we expand our current product lines and work on future projects.

When will you ship my order?

We will process your order in 1-3 business days and you can choose the USPS shipping option that best fits your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

Santono products ship within continental USA at the moment. If you are a distributor and you'd like to help make Santono available in your country let's talk!

What is your return policy?

Our products can be returned within 45 days of the original purchase and can be exchanged for another product, or store credit in the form of a gift card.

To initiate a return make sure the product is not damaged and remains unused in its original packaging. Then send us a return request email at returns@santono.us along with your order number or proof of purchase and we'll take care of the rest.
