What's up with your new pricing?

Short answer: we listened.

Longer answer: we started Santono with premium strings made the right way and priced fairly to build a sustainable company, not just a hobby. But the world changed. Dollars have more competition, strings get changed less often, and too many players started hesitating — or worse, not changing strings at all.

Players told us they loved the feel and tone. They just didn’t love having to think twice every time it was time to restring. So we changed the model. Same standards. Same obsession with feel and consistency. More accessible pricing so you can change strings when you should, not when you feel guilty enough.

Do you support churches or worship teams?

This pricing shift is largely about serving churches — especially volunteers who buy their own strings. We’re church players too, and we know how often gear costs quietly fall on unpaid worship teams members. Our goal is to make regular string changes affordable and normal for guitars that serve every week.

Did the strings change too?

Nope. The strings didn’t get cheaper — the pricing did. Same materials. Same construction. Same quality control. What’s in it for us? More players. Period. We’d rather see Santono on a lot of guitars than sitting on a shelf. We’ll figure out profit in time — right now, we’re focused on getting strings changed and music played.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

While single sets are now priced aggressively low, we still encourage buying in bulk. Multi-set orders genuinely help. If you’re changing strings regularly, juggling a few guitars, or just hate running out at the wrong moment, buying multiple sets saves you on shipping and lowers our costs as well. That’s a win we’re happy to share.

When will you ship my order?

We will process your order in 1-3 business days and you can choose the USPS shipping option that best fits your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

Santono products ship within continental USA at the moment. If you are a distributor and you'd like to help make Santono available in your country let's talk!

What is your return policy?

Our products can be returned within 45 days of the original purchase and can be exchanged for another product, or store credit in the form of a gift card.

To initiate a return make sure the product is not damaged and remains unused in its original packaging. Then send us a return request email at returns@santono.us along with your order number or proof of purchase and we'll take care of the rest.
